I am planning to build my PC later this year(september-novemberish). Some requirements is that it can play most(preferably all) at high to ultra settings @1080p with 60fps or better. I don't care whether it is an AMD/Intel or Nvidia/AMD. Would(if in budget) like one 1920x1080p 25"(or bigger) monitor. No need for keyboard/mouse/OS/other monitors/speakers. Thanks in advance for anyone's help!!! :)

EDIT: Would like a cool looking case(favorite color is a turquoise-green, and would like it to have LEDs) with USB 3.0 on the front. Would(but not needed)like a window.
