I have installed a new R9 285 video card and updated the drivers from the AMD site, when I rebooted the computer after the Windows logo I get a black screen. I reloaded Windows 7 and the drivers for my motherboard uninstalled the video drivers and reinstalled the the drivers from AMD. Still have the same problem. My system has a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD4 motherboard, AMD FX 8320 CPU. 8 GIGS of memory, A PNY 240 GIGS SSD, and a Thermaltake 750 watt PS. Also a WD 2 TV HD. Any suggestions on what to try next?
