I want to play games like Call of Duty Advanced Ware fare, Battlefield Hardline and Destiny on medium to high graphics. I am also going to be doing 3D rendering and video editing on it. Also how balanced is this system?

The xeon models from the 1230 up are completely identical to I7's and cheaper as well. The K series are the only I7's worth buying; so unless you want to overclock, there is no reason to buy an I7.

If you are using your PC for rendering, you do not want to overclock.

no matter what you do if you ar not going to be doing tons of rendering go with the core i7 its just as faast if not faster in games and it overclocks like a boss. if you are okay with using the xeon then go for it. itll last about as long as you need it 4 years then the gpu will need a upgrade maybe the cpu but its hard to see whats to come in the future. id go for it and get it.

It looks pretty good to me. Even the Enhance-built CM PSU will probably be ok, since you won't be stressing it. Unless you know your video work will benefit from it, you could reduce your RAM down to 8GB to save some money, and/or get DDR3-1600.
Since there's no SSD in your system, you might want a faster / more robust mechanical drive, like a WD Black.

Edit: If it were me, I'd rather have 8GB of RAM and a 120GB SSD boot drive than 16GB of RAM and a mechanical boot drive.
