My PC screen has Vga connector to my graphics card, which has DVI. However i have an adapter to my graphics (VGA to DVI). If i buy an DVI to HDMI cause my new card will have HDMI, will i see differences to screen quality, improvements or something like that?

VGA normally out puts 720p most of the time and obviously only display, but using a HDMI cable will let you output in 1080p depending on how big your monitor is and what resolution it supports you normally cant tell the difference, but personally I would just output with hdmi because I would want best quality. Also using dvi to hdmi has no resolution change so don't worry about that if you are after good quality.
