A thread is started when you post a question. It's the original post plus the answers, so your thread has two posts now.

Question: What make and model of computer do you have or, if home-built, of motherboard? Can you open the Device Manager and find the hardware ID for the device with a yellow triangle next to it? And can you provide a screenshot; those always help us see where you are.

It smells like you are missing a network driver for a network device that you aren't using - I say aren't using because you must have a connection since you were able to post this!
