You don't need a driver for the router, that is why belkin support was "useless", because they cant give you a driver that does not exsist.
Now you need a lan and/or wifi driver for the computer to use Ethernet port or wifi adapter.
Do a proper post and tell us what you are trying to do, what is not working, and what have you tired.
