This is my 1st build ! And i'm want to do some OC (~4.5) and maybe sli in the future (far far away from now)
CPU Intel Core i5-4690K Haswell Refresh
Mother broad Asus Z97-A
GPU ASUS STRIX GTX970
RAM Ram Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 Bus 1600
HDD Western Digital Blue 1 TB
SDD Samsung 850 EVO (120GB)
FAN Phanteks TC14PE
2 of Corsair sp120 High performance
CASE Phanteks Enthoo Luxe

So what PSU should i go for ? 750w or 850w ?

I'm also thinking about buying a monitor ! i only need HD for playing game ! So what is the best budget one i can get?

If you do plan to SLI/Crossfire, I'd look for the EVGA G2 or B2 PSU's. They're very solid units at good prices. The choice between 750W or 850W is up to you; the 750W is enough for most dual cards, but the 850W allows more headroom for overclocking and for higher power cards (like the 290X).

If you don't plan to SLI for a long time, though, you might end up upgrading your PSU before you add a second card. In that case, the XFX 550W is more than enough, and it is a solid unit at a good price. I'd consider that too, depending on how far off your dual card plans are.
