Upgrading Please Help

Hey guys, I constantly get the error that I need to close a program because I'm running out of memory. I currently have the Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN Core i5 i7 AMD Memory Kit. My mobo is the Z77 Extreme4. Can you guys recommend me better memory? Or if I'm getting that error for a difference reason? Thanks

Playing a game, twitch.TV, but 10 browser tabs open is likely taking up a good chunk of your RAM. Whether it's actually taking all of your RAM and causing the low memory warning, only you can tell. A virus scan/malwarebytes run is always a good idea (even if you're not experiencing issues).

As far as applications when that warning shows up, I have dual monitors so one screen I have Guild Wars 2 playing and on the other screen I have 10+ tabs of chrome open usually one tab I'm watching something on Twitch. Recommended RAM?
