Help with GPU sag? Is this enough sag to worry about?

I have a Club3D R9 290 Royal Ace and it's a massive card. There is a little bit of sag. I used the iPhone leveler and it was 4 degrees off. Is that bad? Also I tried tightening the screw and it didn't help. How would I make it sag less? Thanks

Looking at that card, I'd say try to hold the free end up by a loop of fishing line anchored to the case top, perhaps run between the case top and the case frame, then looped under the card and back up to the case frame..
