PC build for friend need help!!!

So my friend told me to build a budget pc for him. he will be playing games like bf4 and skyrim.
his budget is 500$. he already has ram(8 GB),harddrive,cd player. the only things he need is CPU,GPU,PSU,Motherboard and Case. he doesent care if its intel or amd.

BTW the games dont has to be at ultra setting aslong they have a smooth frame rate.

Please help me

The reason I chose the dual core G3258 was because Intel motherboards will have a much better upgrade path than current AMD motherboards as your friend can upgrade to an i5 or i7 in the future if he wants.
