Is Gigabyte G970A DS3P good for overclocking my fx 6300.How much can I overclock it to. I haven't bought it yet so please suggest some in similar price range If you think otherwise.

Well UD3P is not available here.
Would you care to point out some other in similar price range which will be better for overclocking.
What do you think of gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.

upto say 4.5 ghz?For an average 6300
What will you say about gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3.
I'm really tight on budget and could use some extra money.
