First of all thanks microsoft, for taking away the iso links.
Second of all i was wondering if i used the reinstall from control panel would that allow me to reinstall onto an SSD or New HDD?

There are other places you can downoad ISOs from. You still need valid license key.

I don't know about "reinstall from control panel", but since this would require running Windows, this is going to affect that Windows on that same disk.
