i have a geforce 650ti nad it has hdmi, vga, and dvi. it used to display vga no problem even when i had hdmi connected now however vga doesnt dispaly properly colours are a;ll wrong ive tried everything except uninstalling gpu driver any help

Try reinstalling drivers then. Use DDU in safe mode to make sure you get rid of everything.
