Which graphics card should I get? And which should I use as my main card?

I have an ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series graphics card as my main GPU currently and a Nvidia GeForce 8400GS for the secondary displays. I am planning to get a Nvidia Shield tablet soon so I want to get a new graphics card to use the game stream feature. I want to spend about $100 or less. Please put amazon links and price if you have them and if the card is better than my current card. Thanks!

EDIT: I found out SC means superclocked and should I pay the extra $2 for it? xD kidding but, is there any downside of having this?

use it as your main card, but honestly if i were you i would save up and get like a gtx660,or a gtx 960
