How Much Does HDD Speed Effect Gaming FPS? (Lenovo y70 Laptop)

Hi, I'm buying a laptop and thinking about the Lenovo y70. The only problem is that its HDD is only 5400 RPMs. Specifically it is a "1TB 5400 RPM+8GB SSHD" hard drive. I know having an extra SSD cache should help performance, but is it worth it to shell out an extra $200 for a full SSD? Will I feel the effects of the slower hard drive while gaming or with general use? Thanks for the help.

Detailed Model Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 860M 4 GB GDDR5
Intel Core i7 4710HQ (2.50GHz)
16GB Memory
1TB HDD 8GB SSD

Solution
Only a teeny bit if at all. And that, only in loading new maps.
2.5" 5400RPM drives have gotten close to 2.5" 7200RPM drives.
An SSHD is 'faster' than a regular HDD.

A full SSD would be hugely beneficial. Not FPS, but the rest of the system.

But for FPS, that is not drive dependent.

I can be patient with loading times so i guess ill be saving $200 on the SSHD model. Thanks for the help.

One more question- Do you have an opinion on this machine or Lenovos in general? I feel pretty confident that this is the best I can get for the price ($1150), but I want to be 100% sure.
