I have two screens. Can I set it up so the sound from one screen goes to one set of speakers and the other screen another set

So I have my regular computer screen and I also have it connected to my television. I would like to use sound on both of them at the same time.

ie. be able to let someone watch tv with the sound going to the tv for whatever they are watching. and then at the same time I would like to listen to something on my regular computer screen to my computer speakers(youtube, etc). Is this possible?

That just duplicates the sound to 2 ports. It depends on the software if it has the option to select output device. Most video players do.
