It will but it's not really a good PSU. You should get a better one.

What do you wish to accomplish?
If you need faster cores, a 9590 is better binned and comes already overclocked.
You can try such overclocking yourself and see how far you can go.

If you need still faster cores, it would be better to look to a Intel cpu, even if it entails a new motherboard.

I want to give my FX 8350 to my gf for her PC. And I am not into overclocking.
Would you suggest to buy another FX 8350 because the FX 9590 overheats quickly?

With FX-9590 you'd need a new mobo and the CPU is very mobo limited. You'd have to spend at least $175ish on a new mobo for FX-9590 + a new PSU. For less you can get an i5 4690K + Z97 mobo. You'd get much better performance in gaming with an i5 4690K and you wouldn't really need a new PSU.

I agree. The best option would be to go Intel, and while that PSU is not the best, it will last a few years, to your next upgrade. Even a locked i5 would be a good upgrade for gaming, but if you're doing something more threaded, your best bet would be a HT Xeon, like the 1231V3.

Thanks a lot for your advices about getting Intel instead of the amd. And I will consider it.
But let's get back to my question. Will my 750w corsair withstand the FX 9590?
