Can my pc run without graphics card?

Motherboard : MSI 970 Gaming
Processor : AMD FX-8320E
RAM : 8 GB
Windows : 8.1

Please tell me can my pc specs run without graphics card?

No. The CPU has no integrated graphics.

I'm not too experienced on it, but it's self explanatory. it's called iGPU as well. It's just this weak GPU found in some processors (intel i5 and i7s desktop processors) that are used only for watching videos and surfing the web, oh and im not sure you can even run some videos on 1080p on them. iGPUS can not be used for gaming!

A graphics processor built into the CPU chip. AMD APUs, such as the A10 series, and Intel Haswell CPUs, such as the i5-4690k, have integrated graphics. AMD FX series, Intel Haswell-E, and Intel Xeons do not have it.

You can run the pc, the issue is you can't connect a monitor to it.

There are xeons that have it and don't forget there are still amd mobos with igpus that can use fx cpus. Don't underestimate igpus, the higher ones can run 4k video.

I've seen Intel HD 4600 IGPs run games like Crysis 3 with playable fps.

Your board does not have integrated graphics, and neither does your processor. It will run, but its going to be kind of tough to use it with no place to plug a monitor in.
