Black Bars Around Display

So I just got my new monitor, an Accer G257HL BMIDX Black 25" and its set to 1080p. The problem is there's black bars around the top, bottom, and edges of the screen, like it's not using ALL of the screen. Not sure if this is just an issue with the resolution to size ratio or what. Any thoughts on fixes or anything? Thanks!

Does Display Settings identify the monitor correctly? Make sure it has a 25in monitor. Not 24in. You might have to download the driver for the monitor.

I just had to change the scaling in catalyst control center! Got it sorted out. Thanks for the quick reply though!

I prefer to use Windows Display Settings.
