Which SSD is best for Gaming, Considering Price to Performance?

I know SSD will not Boost FPS, Its just the Loading times and Fast Reboot

but Still I want a faster GAming SSD with Price to Performance.

Should I go with 64GB or 120GB?

Does the Pci Express SSD are Faster than SATA SSD(6GB/sec)?

Please take in to consider these question.

I m just installing my Operating System and only one Game at a time.
What I do is I install one Game, Play it to the End and When It Completes I uninstall it and move onto next Game.
And for Storing the Game Setup Files I use the Sata 3 Internal HDD.
I Hope u understand my Scenario.
(E.g I have Installed only Batman Arkham city, Played it , completed it, uniinstall it and then I install GTA 5)
