Your MB is the intel h61 chipset motherboard, it has the Realtek ALC888 audio and network.

So go to the intel to download and install the intel chipset driver https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775
Go to Realtek to download the audio driver http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsCheck.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false
And the network driver http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false#1

GPU driver you can go to either AMD site or Nvidia site to get it. If you use the onbaord iGPU, get it from intel site too.
