Hello guys, first of all, I'm sorry for my bad English. After what I did, I realize that I just did something wrong.

My pc got a weird polygon things, and my friend suspected it was wire problem, because my monitor and graphic card got different cable, vga on monitor, dvi on graphics card. Now im using DVI to VGA converter to use my pc, and the problem out.

My friends help me to buy new cable (vga to dvi), while he want to buy that, he asked me to uninstall driver completely, im using NVidia. Well, while I uninstall, I skipped some step to install some program. I didn't know about that, after uninstall NVidia Phyx and Stereo HD, it recommended me to restart pc, I don't know I just restart it. After that, I uninstall graphics card, and pc just suddenly cannot connect to my cpu. I restart pc, and it just stuck at motherboard screen, I asked my friends, he said because I skipped some steps and restart too early, he also said must uninstall all things then restart it at once. And now, my pc just always stuck at motherboard screen, my pc was windows 8.1. I don't know what's going on....

I just hope if got any chance to fix this back.....or I must get it to pc repair shop?
By the way my motherboard doesn't have integrated graphics, I uninstall graphics card then the problem came out, is it graphics card problem now?? Please help me!!

Uninstalling Nvidias drivers...well, motherboard knows nothing about that so it's not that stopping it from progressing.

You could try to boot into Win 8.1 in safe mode. Google that, theres many different ways. Then remove Nvidias drivers completely and try again.

But what I would try first is Resetting BIOS values to defaults.

Yeah, the computer beep. But it just stuck / freeze at motherboard screen, there's an option below to enter BIOS but it won't work. Well, normally, my pc just directly go to windows after motherboard screen disappears, I don't see any motherboards POST.
