BSOD after overclocking?

Hey guys i overclocked my i7 4770k to 4.6 ghz and the highest temp i get under stresstest for 30 mins is 60c but sometimes i get bsod with number 0x00000124 it happens when i just browse on the web i used AI suite 3 to auto overclock it cpu voltage is on all cored is 1.280 while idle and 1.310 while stresstesting i know its not cause of heat i have ek kit x360 water loop
my ram is 8 gb of 1600
gtx 970 gcard which may cause that problem when it gets over 3.6 gb of memory but i dont know help please

4.5 Ghz is a pretty good clock. You are using the auto settings on the AI Suite? I have pushed i7 Haswells up to 1.35 volts safely, even on air cooling, so I would have started there, gone for the highest clock until I encountered instability, then backed off and started stepping down the voltage until I encountered instability again, and then backed off. Either way works, of course.
