I'd like to upgrade the RAM. What do you recommend ? a higher capacity and a higher frequency? . As you can see I have 1.5 Gb. Can i try DDR2 or DDR3 4Gb?
Specs of my PC are in link below.

Yes, higher capacity is a must. Higher speed is not a good idea. Your system supports only DDR ECC registered memory so DDR2 and DDR3 is not an option. Your system supports upto 8GB of memory. It has 4 memory sockets. Supported memory sizes: 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB. Order and install the memory in pairs. Click here for the right memory specs!!

Check with Crucial, Newegg or other vendors for the memory.

You dont need same clock memory, but be aware that every single stick will be running on clocks of the lowest clocked module(e.g. you have 2x1600MHz RAM and 2x2133MHz RAM. Every module will be on 1600MHz - just an example), but dont worry, you wont benefit from faster memory, but from more memory.

From what I was able to see, you CAN get away with non-ECC memory, but to be sure I would like to check your motherboard specs. So, what motherboard are you using?
Try using HWiNFO64/HWiNFO32.
