In a week or two I'm buying a new gaming pc but I can't decide which of the two offered builds to buy. These are pre-made builds but I can customize so if you think something is off please do tell. I would need advice which one to buy. Also if you have any advice please tell. Thank you for your time!

GPU:Nvidia GTX 970 4GB I don't know the brand of the card
