Graphic Card problom?

I just came to my grandma,s house for vacations from my house.I am using radeon hd 6570 with 350w PSU which was working totally fine in my house.But in my grandma,s house,when i plug in external GPU and boot up and run even Windows 8 games like Royal Revolt 2,some weird things happen to the screen.Like colored boxes and in 5 to 10 seconds,it freezez and sometimes shows blue screen error or screen goes off.I usually cannot see the errors but i once did.The error was System service exception not handled.It works totally fine with onboard GPU which is Intel HD Graphics 4600.I have Mobo Asrock H81 Pro BTC with Core i5 4440 and 8 Gb Ram.I tried different drivers including Omega driver which i was using in my house and 14.7 RC3 driver.Help me guys.

I was using this PC in my house 3 weeks ago and the PC was not used even 1 sec for 3 weeks.I opened this computer after 3 weeks in my grandma,s house and GPU was causing problom.By the way the PSU is of Dell with Model no:L350P-00.My specs are Core i5 4440,8 Gb Ram,Asrock H81 Pro BTC and Radeon HD 6570 with 250 Gb hard drive.
