Hello, can I get some recommendations on the best graphic card I can get for this system. I was first looking at a radeon HD 6970 but then heard about bottle necking and also not sure if I would need to upgrade the cooling. I know I will need to upgrade the psu and will not be able to play the latest games at highest resolutions but just want a simple upgrade to what I have. Preferably under $100 for just the graphics card. My monitor can handle up to 1600x900 screen resolution.
