I built it in January and it was working fine but I decided that I would upgrade the memory so in early February I sold the current memory and I have finally bought some new memory which arrived today. I have installed it and turned the computer on but it turns off after about 5 seconds, then back on for a brief second, then off, then on again for 5 seconds and so on. The fans, hard drive, CPU cooler, GPU spin when it is turned on. What do you think this is? Could it be something to do with the new memory or maybe the fact that it has been sitting around for a month and a half without use? Someone help me please, I am going to a LAN event in two weeks and need it working by then!
*Update - It's now only turning on for a split second then turning off.
*Update - Tried to take out CMOS battery and I snapped off the holder. PC is not even turning on now.
