Are these specs good enogh to allow me to game at high quality with good res. for higher end games

These are my specs:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i3-4160 3.60 GHz 3MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150
HDD: 1TB SATA-III 6.0Gb/s 32MB Cache 7200RPM HDD (Single Drive)
MEMORY: 8GB (4GBx2) DDR3/1600MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair or )
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock H81m-ITX Wi-Fi 802.11 w/ USB 3+ SATA 6GB/s GbLAN, 1 Gen3 PCIe x16
SOUND: HIGH DEFINITION ON-BOARD 7.1 AUDIO
VIDEO: EVGA FTW Edition NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16

cpu is good enough for cards like
gtx 760 / gtx 960 / amd 280 / 285 ...
each of these cards would give you much better in game performance compared to your current video card .

of course i5/i7 would help but it´s not neccesary in order to be able to play with high presets at 1080p
as long as you have powerfull enough graphics card coupled with haswell i3
