Can anyone please help me pick out a MOBO/CPU/GPU combo to light up 6 dell monitors and 1 Panasonic plasma. I don't care about the latest and greatest, and would rather put together something with used parts from eBay. I'm also ok with older equipments, as long as all 7 monitors light up.

I will use this build for general office, online poker, stock trading, and watching movies on the plasma. I don't do any gaming or graphics intensive task.

Approximate Purchase Date:
would like to get everything done by the end of April 2015

Budget Range:
$500 - $1000

System Usage from Most to Least Important:
surf net, play online poker, occasional stock trading, watch movies

Parts Not Required:
I already have:
photo.php

1 x kentek ktps-750 (750w) psu
1 x Seagate st3000dm001(3T) hdd
6 x dell 19" s1909wb monitors (resolution: 1140 x 900)
1 x Panasonic 42" plasma (resolution 1920 x 1080)

Preferred Website(s) for Parts:
ebay.com (I hope to buy all of my parts used to save money)
amazon and neweggs for anything I can't find used

Country:
united states

Parts Preferences:
I plan on using a separate ssd for the os and keep the seagte 3t as storage only

Overclocking:

no

SLI or Crossfire:
I don't know what this is.

Monitor Resolution:
see "parts not required"

Additional Comments:

i'm very grateful for any help

There are HD 7750's with 6 display ports. Since they are crossfire capable, it should be possible, I would think.

This would cover the adapter issue.

i can sell you my old card that will take care of 4 of those monitors. it's a Galaxy MDT GT610. it's single slot, too. i'm in canada, so paypal me some money and you can have it shipped to you.

i used to use it for trading across 6 screens (well, 4 from that card plus 2 from an old 9400GT). it only works in landscape mode, which is why i don't use it anymore - my current monitors are in portrait.

AND, those monitors are all VGA / DVI. You'd need a lot of active adapters to make them work. About 220.00 worth of them.
