i want to buy a fan controler is the SCYTHE Kaze Master Pro 3.5 ) good? anything i need to know before i buy it?

Fan controllers are ok.
Your motherboard has a built in fan controller and software called FanXpert. You can set it up in the bios or run the windows software for even more control.
It wii vary fan speeds depending on temperature. the cooler the temperature the slower the fans run. The hotter the temperature the faster the fans run.
It has 3 or 4 presets or you can set your own custom fan curve.
Much better than a knob or slider that you forget to turn up or down, everything is automatic depending on temperature and noise you desire.
