it says no signal on my monitor when i plug it into the graphics card

also

when i try and install the drivers this (http://imgur.com/j6y8vLj) happens

You can only install the drivers if you using the gpu as the primary display output, not the motherboard.
You won't be able to use your gpu fully if you can't install the driver
Turn off your pc. Change the monitor cable so it connects to the gpu. Try again.
Try reseating the graphic card. You can try to reset the BIOS.
What is your pc specs? What power supply?

i have tried all of the the things you told me to and still nothing.

my pc specs are:
CPU: AMD FX6300 blackedition 6-core
MotherBoard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti SuperClocked (2GB)
HDD: WD Caviar blue 1TB
Memory: GEIL Black dragon 8GB 2x4GB (dual channel)
PSU: corsair CX430M

Try updating your BIOS to the latest version.

You could check if your windows is corrupt or not.
