Where'd my D: Drive go?

I just restored my laptop back to factory settings because my HDD was full of useless junk. After deleting some random pre-installed programs I went in to 'My Computer' to check my drives and i noticed my D: drive had just disappeared. I went into the computer management to rename the other disk as D: the option to change it was grayed out (It's not marked as NTFS either if that helps). Any help is appreciated!

Thanks

Thinking about it when it asked what set-up i wanted i didn't click HD with 2 partitions. Might be the problem, is there anyway to use it without resetting?
