I am topping out at my budget right now as it is. Just want to know if the graphics card i chose will fit inside of the case?

Sapphire Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card that is the card i decided on i want to know if it'll fit into the Rosewill Galaxy-03 ATX Mid Tower Case

Also should i buy a fan for the case??

No its 308mm long. Its the vapour x version.

There are a few cheaper cases that support long gpu's but come only with one fan. The corsair comes with 2.
