1000w Power supply good for 980 2 way SLI and EK water cooled system?

I have 2 980 going to water cool them in SLI and an EK loop system. Going to overclock CPU and GPU. Would 1000W be good enough?

The 980's draw very little power especially compared to AMDs cards.

A 700w psu should be fine for 2x 980s.

yeah that would be way overkill for that I would recommend this 800 watt PSU just to be on the safe side http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003O8J11Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 this should work just fine for you system

Ixts more than enough. My friend has 3 980s with EK waterblocks and an overclocked 5960x and his entire system pulls about 850 from the wall.
