what benefits my pc will get from windows 10 full version ?

hello i have heard that windows 10 will decrease cpu load is that so and if so what advantages my pc will actually dig out in terms of gaming from windows 10 os plz expert guys express your thoughts regarding this
my poor pc specs are
1. i3 2120@3.3 ghz ( cores 2 threads 4 HT enabled )
2. Dual channel 2x4 gb total 8 gb twinmos 1333 mhz ram
3. Sapphire Dual X R9 270 OC 2GB DDR5 ( 14.12 omega for windows 7 ultimate x64)
4.Asus P8 H61 MLX 3 r2.0
5.Thermaltake litepower 550w Black edition.
6. Samsung 1 tb hdd

in terms of gaming performance you will see very little to no difference ,
upgrading your cpu to i5/i7 ivy bridge and
graphics card to lets say gtx 970 would help you much more .
but you can game on 270 for the time being and wait for new radeons 3xx .

I think you might be getting confused with windows 10 and DirectX 12. Windows 10 will bring pretty much no extra frame rate at all to your gaming, while DX12 games will decrease CPU load rather significantly.
