Hi. I want to set-up a new PC and I have 2 options to select. And this is the only will fit in my budget. :D

1. - CPU : AMD FX 8350
- GPU : MSI R9 270
- RAM : DDR3 8GB (1866)

2. - CPU : Intel i5-4570
- GPU : MSI R9 280
- RAM : DDR3 8GB (1866)

-Is this two have a big Difference in fps?
-What is the best for gaming for this 2?
-Is this two will bottleneck?
-And I'm not using Overclocking just a stock speed of processor.
-My games are Battlefield 3 & 4, NBA 2k15, Call of Duty Advance Warfare, Grand theft Auto 4, Far Cry 3 & 4, Assasins Creed Black Flag, Diablo 3. etc...

Solution
The FX 8 core chips are the way to go if you're on a very tight budget, and can't make an i5, i7 or Xeon E3 v3 fit into your budget. If you can, any of those chips is going to a better choice than any consumer desktop processor that AMD currently makes. Heck, even an i3 will game as good or better in most cases. And that goes for both gaming and threaded application processing. Anybody says different, IS an AMD fanboy and just refuses to face the harsh reality. Look at my build. I RUN an FX 8 core chip on this rig, but I've built AT LEAST 60 other rigs in the last three years, most of which had Intel chips, and all of those had stronger performance than this 8320 has even though it's overclocked to 4.5Ghz.

How about if I'll change the gpu in AMD from 270 to 280?

example:
1. - CPU : AMD FX 8350
- GPU : MSI R9 280
- RAM : DDR3 8GB (1866)

2. - CPU : Intel i5-4570
- GPU : MSI R9 280
- RAM : DDR3 8GB (1866)

So who is better now? Intel or AMD?

Still Config 2 for Gaming
Intel i5 4570 + MSI R9 280

Optional:
Consider the fact that R9 300 series with new architecture, particularly the R9 370 may be released in April 2015.
XFX Radeon R9 370 Core Edition leaks out, coming early April?

Having said that R9 280 is still a beast, should handle upcoming games with ease and cater to your needs at least till the end of 2016. So If you're in a hurry go with it and later on upgrade to a R9 380x or R9 390x (will be unveiled in June at CompuTex 2015, Taipei).
AMD Radeon R9 390X possible specifications and performance leaked

Cheers!

No matter what card you pair with the AMD chip, it's not going to offer the same performance as the Intel chip with an equivalent card. Will it work, yes. Will it give somewhat decent performance, probably. But it will never be as good as the i5 using the same graphics card.

So is this possible Intel i5-4570 can handle much better gpu than r9 280? What i mean is if I upgrade a gpu in the future with r9 300 i5-4570 can handle it without bottlenecking?

As of my observation your probably correct. I've been watching and searching in the internet over and over again but I'm still confused. Because somebody said "buy FX-8350 bro because it is 8 core.. etc.. etc.. NO! buy i5-4570 its more powerful with decent fps etc etc... So my ratings of this two (AMD FX-8350 and INTEL i5-4570) is 10/10. both are equivalent. And I'm not a AMD or INTEL fan boy. I just want to sure what is the best to buy for :D
