the problem is when i turn it on , its turns of within 10 mins like totally dies , no fans moving or anything. Does not turn back on when i press the power button. But when i keep it unplugged for 20 mins , it turns back on.

is it the psu or processor ?

Specs: Zebronic Motherborad 755 socket , Intel E5700 processor , 4 gb ram , 9500gt nvdia , 450watt psu. 120 gb hdd ..

Solution
That sounds like a thermal reset of the power supply. Check if the power supply fan is turning. Also check if the fan is clogged with dust. Some cases have a filter on the bottom that can be clogged with dust as well.

Particularly if the case is set on the floor, the power supply fan on bottom acts like a vacuum. I pulls dust up off of the floor and clogs the power supply.
