If this build is for gaming:

- instead of i7, get i5 4690k, no difference at all in games. Unless you will be doing video editing or rendering, in that case keep i7.
- no need for 2400 mhz RAM, 1600 is just fine and cheaper. 8GB is enough, but you can get 16 just for the longevity sake
- 120GB SSD is enough for 1 or max 2 new games - but 250GB models are more recommended these days. Instead of that Kingston, go with more reliable and better performing brands like Samsung 850 or Crucial MX100/MX200.
- Upgrade the PSU - corsair VS has cheap capacitors. Get Seasonic, XFX, Antec HCG or EVGA B2/G2. 650W is fine.
- you indeed need a better CPU cooler.
