Phantom 530 Case I/O Lights work- but not Fans- Help plz :D

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to read this. I've got the Phantom 530 case in red and after hooking everything up- my fan isn't working. The molex is plugged into my PSU and i have power from everything on the top of the case except for the fan controller. The fans aren't moving at all. Any recommendations on a fix? Thanks in advance!

Hey, thanks for the quick response! Yes, they are. I just double checked my fans individually again to ensure they were working (Plugged them into my MSI gd65 4 pin fan connectors) and they worked. I think I may have a dead hub :(
