I have a customer laptop that has Junos pulse installed for connecting to their site remotely. It uses a SafeNet token, which has a local security certificate and requires a USB dongle. Sitting at the laptop itself, I run the client, it prompts to confirm the security certificate and then I get a prompt to enter my unique password. Then it connects.
If remote desktop in to the laptop and try to launch the client, the popup appears for security certificate confirmation, but then never shows the prompt for password, and therefore it will never connect. I can use VNC to mimic the console session and then it works, but something is going on with RDP. Could this be a group policy setting or setting in the registry? I am not really sure what I should be looking for.
