The sure way to check is to go over and look at the PSU on jonnyguru. While I appreciate the folks who put the effort onto making "tier lists", I have found that neither I (or Jonniy I would think) would agree with all their subjective ratings and the tendency to credit quality to a whole model line because a review of one size was rated this or that.
For example, while I would give the Corsair HX series (650 - 850) deserves a tier 1 rating, the HX 1000 and 1050 would get a tier 3
Also by looking at the numbers yourself categorically, you can decide how to subjectively rate the units based upon what is important to you. For example, a tier based upon an overall jonnyguru ratiung is of no use to me as I don't care about 2 of the 4 categories by which they rate PSUs. Value and Functionality are very subjective and price changes....
First thing I look at is voltage stability, followed by ripple
Then I look at the componentry
Platinum, Gold, Solver, Bronze I don't give a hoot.
Unless individually sleeving the cables, I would rather have semi or hybrid modular than full modular.
As to your question, it's a bit hard to anser in that the 650-750 are very different than the 850 and 100
RM 550 and 650 are made by Channelwell w/ a mish mash of different capacitors. The 860 scored 9.5 on performance and 7.0 on build quality
RM 750 and 850 are made by Chicony w/ enough Ltec capacitors which are low quality to be concerned. The 850 scored 9.5 on performance and 8.5 on build quality
