if it can, can you tell me how many fps i'll get?
and if not, what part do i need to upgrade?
P.S if i do need to upgrade, here is my budget 300$ to 500$

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI A78M-E35 Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard
RAM/Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Video card/Graphics card: Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card
Case: Corsair SPEC-01 RED ATX Mid Tower Case
PSU: Corsair CX 500W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

Lol i had a feeling this up happen XD anyways its not like i disregarded your upgrade advice :)...Ok ive been always confused, does this mean i have to lower the resolution?? or just tone down the graphics settings?

hmm..thank you guys! and about that upgrade advice, shadow im keeping it in mind so if i wanna upgrade, i just pull it out of my bookmarks and order the parts :) and you think bf4 can reach that far below screen settings? (and about mass effect 2, i messed with the screen settings and i get .....little framerate loss, like 5 to 10 fps in large areas and im not a framerate freak or anything its just as long as the game is playable its all good)

P.S Do have to mess with settings in AMD catalyst control center?

When playing Battlefield 4, make sure your drivers are updated. You have to use mantle instead of dx11 to improve your performance. Consider 2 x 4 GB DDR3-1600 RAM as dual channel is better than single channel 8 GB. Your power supply is okay, but It's not actually meant for gaming, you could get a better power supply.
