Solution
go here:http://us.msi.com/support/mb/970-GAMING.html#down-driver&Win7 64
update your onboard LAN drivers.

-----------
bugcheck 0x1e KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
sub error code :EXCEPTION_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0xc0000094 - {EXCEPTION} Integer division by zero.

looks like your are running utorrents
and the driver \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bflwfx64.sys Fri Nov 08 07:39:10 2013
failed and caused a bugcheck

this driver is Bigfoot Networks Bandwidth Control Wireless NDIS Light Weight Filter driver
you just need to locate and install a driver update for this. I would go to msi and update the drivers.

machine info:
BIOS Version V22.1
BIOS Release Date 11/10/2014
Manufacturer MSI
Product...
your first 2 bugchecks were kernel mode exceptions with a suberror code of 0xc0000094 - {EXCEPTION} Integer division by zero.
your last one was in networking code.

I would expect that you have a overclocking problem or a hardware issue.
Check temps and run memtest86 and stop any overclocking in bios or software

Idk how to use dat memtest86, i will look at it later..

BTW i have that red X on network adapter, but my internet going well...

well, the temps look ok, put the actual memory dmp on a server and post a link and maybe I can see something in the windows debugger
