You can easily upgrade the i3 but it's temporary and it's good
You'll notice much more fps in gaming as the r9 280 is much better than the r9 270

You can save some money by changing the case to a bitfenix comrade
It has a sleek design and it's good for beginners

It has an exhaust fan
You can get a much cheaper PSU, add the comrade, add two coolermaster normal 120mm fans and you would still save money
