Suggest me a good graphics card, CPU processor, motherboard and RAM within 21000 INR ?

Oh and by the way gtx 650 series is not available here... so.. please don't suggest that. And please don't remind me that my budget is very low I know it but I have no choice
I want to play latest games in medium settings and high settings if possible.
Thank you for your time.
Oh and my PSU is 450W

Thank you for your help.... but with that processor, I won't be able to play dragon age inquisition, and I am a great fan of medieval fantasy type games... so I can't go with that. I was thinking....
Ati Radeon 7770 Hd flex edition 1gb gddr5
amd fx 6300 6 core edition
any motherboard within 3000 INR
a 4gb ddr3 and a 2gb ddr3 RAM
Is it enough to run latest games ??
Or can someone suggest me a good combination with Nvidia gtx 750ti 2gb gddr5 ???

Nvidia geforce gtx 750ti 2gb gddr5 (10000 INR)
i3 3220 or amd fx 6300 (both about 7000 INR which one to choose ?)
any motherboard within 3000 INR
And RAM 4gb ddr3 for now, maybe I will upgrade it later if required( 3000 INR)

I don't know if it was running on lowest graphics, but for me it was playable and I liked it, no problem at all if it runs like that
