Hello! My motherboard is Gigabyte F2A88XM-HD3. The BIOS brand is American Megatrends Inc.

When I bought my PC, the CPU (AMD A10-5800K) was overclocked and I want to undo the overclocking, but to do that, I need to access my BIOS and reset to default. The problem is that I can't, because I don't see any text that says Press ... to enter BIOS setup when starting up my PC.
What can I do to enter the BIOS? Thanks in advance!
