hello
After I had cable tied my pc, I started it. But I saw the ssd was not recognised by the bios, so o checked. The Sata power cable was connected to the CPU power 4*4 /PCI express power on the PSU, instead of the dedicated Sata power connectors. Would this have ruined my ssd? Can I fix this ?

This week has been bad :(

Solution
Ahhh...modular PSU, connected into the wrong connector.

What is the power output on each PSU port? If different, your dive may be screwed..
If the same, reconnect it properly and see what happens.

I'm not really sure what you connected. The SSD should be connected to a SATA data connector to the motherboard and a SATA power connector from the power supply.

Did your system boot up? It sounds like it did, so in which case, I would say that you are okay. I'm not sure if you damaged any pins on the SSD or not, or anywhere else.

Thanks for answering
I think the drives (I had a hdd also connected to the same Sata power cable) as their are not recognised in the bios. But Has the motherboard and the PSU got any damage because of this mistake and can I reuse the Sata power cable?
