Looks good, the only thing I'll mention is the CPU-cooler. I own the EVO myself, however with your budget and chosen parts, I would definitely buy a water-cooling system or at least this amazing air cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835608045

Not a good choice board. It is not suited for any kind of real overclocking. Do not get a Z97 board that does not have at least 8 phase power and SLI support. I will change up your build a bit and post it in a few.
