Does a Core i3 4130 bottleneck a GTX 960?

Solution
I'd say it's on par with balance. I mean to say that as I have a 960 and a Pentium G3258 and have no problems with bottle-necking (also considering it's overclocked) and the performance between these two processors are fairly identical, if not the Pentium having the worse side of performance. The 960's considered a mainstream/low-budget card, and goes with the more mainstream/low-budget processors. That's how it works. The dual hyper-threaded cores will fare well with the 960.
